There is no serial port on this device. If the printer is compatible with Windows 10, you would need to use a Serial Printer port to USB adapter. We recommend you check with the printer manufacturer for Windows 10 compatibility and the necessary Windows 10 drivers that will need to be installed on this device. Follow the printer manufacturer's pairing instructions to pair the printer to this Windows 10 system.
