• Depends on the program. Super high-end editing software, not so much. Paint, certainly. Probably even Photoshop, if the version is light and not the latest.

• That really depends on the requirements of the software you will be using. We recommend you check with the video editing software publisher's web site you will be using, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

• No its not, the other guy obviously never edited in his life. Its good for office thats about it. Daily work computer.
