Check first to be sure your printer is compatible with Windows 10. Is the printer wireless or does it connect via USB to a computer? You can find this out at the printer manufacturer's web site. You will probably need to install Windows 10 drivers on to the computer from the printer manufacturer's web site, if the printer is compatible with Windows 10. Be sure you follow the new computer pairing instructions provided by the printer manufacturer. All of this information should be available on the printer manufacturer web site.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have same issue so I use the wire connector that came with printer. Looking for someone to help me connect via Bluetooth ... I thought computer would find printer and I wonder if it’s the printer itself that is not picking up WiFi
