Does this Laptop works with VGA port and HDMI? null

Yes, definitely the HDMI, but I am not sure about the the VGA. I am using my laptop with Lenovo's Explorer VR goggles, and it has not problem using a USB with the HDMI.

This model number 81DE017BUS has an HDMI port. There is no VGA port.
