“I just got this unit yesterday, I hear loud sound coming from fan or the drive I am not sure, is this normal with these? should I take it back to BestBuy to check?”

There is an internal fan to keep the system at the proper operating temperature. During the initial setup and activation of Windows 10, there may be Windows 10 updates being downloaded and installed on the computer. This will make the device work harder and the fan will run more often and at a higher RPM. If you feel the sound does not sound normal, yes, we recommend you bring the computer in to your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad examine your computer.
