My question, is your employer so cheap they can't provide you with a machine? I had an employer who required us to purchase our own laptops (for maintenance and logistics reasons) but paid us 7 dollars per day for the machine when used overseas or offshore. Perhaps this is your arrangement. If not ...RUN!
