“Where's the Serial Number??? How do I start it? I pressed starter key as someone suggested, but nothing! I just bought it, shouldn't it still have some battery power? Where's cord w/ electric plug at one end & USB at the other end? THANKS!”

The cord should be in the box to one side in the little cavity
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The serial number is on the box the computer came in as well as on the bottom of the computer. It will be labelled S/N. There may not be any charge left in the battery after the initial factory charge of the battery. Plug the device in. Let it charge for about 15 minutes. Try to turn the device on after this short charge, while leaving the computer plugged in, it should start. The AC adapter is in the box that the computer came in.
