Seeing as the sims is not a demanding game, I would suspect it will run fine. I play Rocket League and can get 50fps with most of the settings turned down at 1080p.

I went into the store and ran the link on "https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/the-sims-4/12305" to see if the device could run the game. It has both the minimum and recommended requirements.

Graphics processing within this configuration is integrated within the AMD Ryzen 5 2500U processor. It is the Radeon Vega 8 Graphics version. Whether this device configuration will work well with a specific game/software, will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the game/software. We recommend you check with the game/software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
