You may need to install software on the computer for Windows 10 to be able to se the phone. Check with your phone provider for the process for connecting that phone to a Windows 10 computer. Both USB ports should work, if the phone operating system is compatible with Windows 10.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.might be a difference in the port itself. one may be USB 3.0 and one might be USB 2.0 if you plug any other devices into it as long as they work (for instance a mouse) then they are working fine.
