• This PC (Lenovo IdeaCentre 510S-08IKL desktop) has 2 free slots: one PCI Express x1 (small one) and another PCI Express X16 (bigger one), so you can install 5.1 or 7.1 sound card, and additional video card. However built-in Intel HD Graphics 630 works pretty nice in 4K on my TV - no streaming issues for 4K movies found, works like a charm.

• No. Most desk top computers under $600.00 is just a laptop computer in a desc top case.
