Why is OS on this laptop 32 BIT instead of the specifications stated to be 64 BIT? Is this false advertizing? null

Not sure what you bought but the Chromebook I have right here has 64 bit

This Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 Laptop, model number 82KN0000US, ships with the 64-bit MediaTek MT8183 ARM Processor and so is the kernel from chromeos. The reason it shows 32 bits is because Google Chrome is using 32 bit userspace (chrome & apps).
