Warframe wasn't too hard to run, you just need to lower a few settings and it'll be running surprisingly smooth. Fallout 4 is a different story. This computer would meet the minimum requirements for Fallout 4 if it weren't for it's graphics, which is integrated. Fallout 4 requires a gpu card with 2 gigabytes of memory, the integrated graphics this computer has is only 1 gigabyte of memory. In a more short term, no, it cannot run Fallout 4, but it can run Warframe just fine.
