The installed hard drive on this device will be the "C" drive. The Nvidia graphics card has 2GB of dedicated RAM on the GPU. This is in addition to the 8GB of system-wide RAM. We recommend you contact the software publisher of the video editing software you plan on using and compare the minimum/recommended requirements to run the editing software to the configuration of this system.
