• Yes, you can save documents to a USB with this device. With regard to Roku and Netflix, we recommend you check with the streaming company for their compatibility with Windows 10 and minimum/recommended requirements to run their service, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

• yes, I use Netflix all the time without problem and use there are 3 USB ports

• Yes, you will be watch Netflix. You will not be able to save resume with a usb. You will not be able to use Roku.
