I told them to give me a new Samsung a13 5G as that was the phone I had or even something better and I even gave it a thought and said let me make it easier I'm with Metro by T-Mobile so from the research I did it has to be a T-Mobile phone or any unlocked phone and he could even be refurbished but just hearing that I should have got $100 gift card and this computer with text and everything came out till 1:13 for $213 I should definitely get a brand new Samsung 813 is what I have but I was even thinking something better like 51 or whatever I'll even take my Samsung A13 5g 64 bit my first request was just because the screen was cracked if you could replace the screen which it says on your website but you guys do repair for everything but the phone I have it just very amusing and I expect not to use my money or my credit card anywhere else I expect because of my credit and credits I should receive more of for you guys to use it or you guys can charge me and you guys outsource it to another company why would I go waste my money when I was told I'm going to get credit not for this lemon computer I was sold but the way the situation was handled and then credit for this computer which again I apologize I said 5 years but 8 years I've had a credit card because before that you guys probably won't have any information from cash or other credit cards that aren't associated or are Best buy but in those eight years never have I ever once complained or asked for anything. I don't mean by asking for credit or I should receive even $1 for something when I say I haven't had any incident I mean a complaint a problem with an employee or a problem with a purchase so I would like you to know that and I was going to not really push it because it's pretty Petty like $113 but that should hopefully show how I was treated from your store to your tech team to your customer service and then promises from management and supervisors and then I don't know what they are I will just say I asked for the legal department and they transfer me to that department now it could have been the HR department I don't know but clearly if you need help I could help you by setting up an arbitration and playing that for you so I can prove I went through so many departments and spoke to them numerous times the store situation was just once but it was so unprofessional and such a disregard for the customer that I've had 14 recordings let's just say speaking to customer service and then them transferring to their manager or
