    • Answer Not from software CD or online ms store versions Genuine original but google play store versions, paid apps, so you need to pay it from 3 rd part vendors, by same to, mail apps too.

    • Answer Office 365 apps are available as Progressive Web Applications (PWA) but they are not free. The android apps were free until they stopped being supported.

    • Answer Can’t say specifically. It’s ChromeOS so not exactly Android although it is built on the Android architecture. It will link perfectly with an Android phone so you can reply to message right from the computer without going to your phone.

  • QuestionI feel like an idiot for not knowing the answer to this. I just got the laptop and it’s connected to the WiFi but I can’t find a way to the web browser…. I see no start button, pressed the rectangle “f5” button… pls help! Thanks

    • Answer When I got mine the chrome icon was already in the task bar. If it isn’t showing there click on the circle on the lower left and that will give you a list of all the apps you have. Pressing alt+click will bring up a menu that you can select pin to shelf. I hope that helps. Don’t feel like an idiot. A Chromebook can be quite different from Mac or Windows.
