i have been using this device for about a week and have not had this problem. I have performed 1 update without any problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Can also confirm touch screen works. Before I purchased this I did some searching around the Lenovo forums and found that the touchscreen issue had been patched. Updated the device when doing the setup and the touchscreen function works just fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me. As soon as I updated the OS, the touch screen stopped working. Tech support couldn’t fix it either, so I had to return he unit.
