No your battery is probably fine. Windows (I am assuming that is what you are running) sometimes will show the battery symbol with the charge indicator on it but not charging. Sometimes a battery will not start charging until it hits a certain drain percentage. If it drops below 95% and still is not charging then I would suspect that either the charger (most likely not) is going bad or (more likely) your battery needs to be replaced but until that point I would worry about it to much.

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point.
