No it does not. The fan and venting ports will keep the system at the control temperature, as long as the vents are clear and the air can circulate properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The beauty of this PC, it has a brand new Pentium, redesigned chip, which runs a LOT cooler than the i3, i5, and i7 cores. If you benchmark this processor, it runs at times (depending on the computer) as well as an i5. There is no discreet graphics card, but the 510 built in integrated GPU with the Pentium CPU seem to work better than expected, even by Intel, hence why Pentium chips are falling back into their once long lived glory they had back in the early 2000s. This PC will definitely run cool, unless you are overclocking with specific software, then that s your fault, but keep in mind, it is a budget PC not made for gaming, so this PC should be used for daily web browsing, playing videos online, (YouTube - Netflix, etc), and email, applications that are not meant to run the CPU hot. Also, it never hurts to buy a notebook flat fan that sits underneath the laptop, especially if you can keep using it in one place most of the time. They run near 15 to 20 USD and plug in with a USB port. I honestly cannot believe how well priced this PC is. You are getting a lot of PC for very little money.
