“everytime I try to take a pic it says we cant find your camera.im not sure what to do.i tried everything I could to make sure my virus software wasn't blocking it and that the drivers are up to date”

Due to Mircosoft updates, there are a few features that most devices will have to manually be reset/turned on or off...the camera you will need to Turn On the keyboard HOTKEY. without this keyboard setting turned on the camera issue becomes a battle of insanity...most people would think that anything that is associated to the functionality of a application that 99% of people utilize would be inclusive in any updates to including turning the keyboard ON to use the camera!
