the laptop weigh 3 pounds and it last 5-6 hours

Its kind of heavy but you should go feel it at best buy because if you have carpel tunnel syndrome then it might be too heavy. In that case i recommend the yoga 710 with intel pentium and 128 SSD storage space. But id wait till its on sale for $399 or less right now. That was its recent sale price. Unless $500 is easy for you. That yoga 710 is light.
