QuestionI'm want to buy this computer for my elderly mother. Can I remote into it from my computer using RDC or the like? Or is it limiting like Win 7 OS Home ed.? "Home" computers are the ones where you need to be able to remote in to assist your loved ones. :)

- Answer I have this pc and it came with win10 home RDC is only supported in pro editions. You can use other services such as team viewer, bomgar. There may be a learning curve with win 10 but the touch screen can make life easy If you have any questions please ask

- Answer Hello, Yes it would be reasonable for your daughter to use in high school. The Windows 10 should not be a problem for her. For the money, you get a solid Lenovo computer. One caveat, because it is Windows 10 be sure she does all up-dates when she does not have to work due to the ridiculous amount of time it takes to up-date.

- Answer No, there is no built in CD/DVD reader-writer. You can get an external Cd/DVD reader-writer that plugs in to a USB port though, for about $40.
