• Hi again, luislast. With Best Buy, the models have a set configuration of specifications and features and cannot be modified or customized for purchase.

• Not happy with Lenovo's reply, I did a quick search and found a similar laptop from Lenovo on the Best Buy site. It even has a faster CPU: Lenovo - Yoga 9i 2-in-1 14" 2.8K OLED Touchscreen Laptop with Pen - Intel Evo Platform - Core i7-1360P - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Oatmeal Model: 83B1001WUS SKU: 6533953
