Hey, Isha. Based off Respondus resources, S mode is not a supported operating system version for their LockDown Browser, but you can switch out of S mode to standard Windows 11 Home to enable download of the apps you need.

No, based on the requirements for installations of Respondus LockDown Browser, Windows 10/11 "S mode" is not a compatible operating system, nor can LockDown Browser be obtained via the Windows App Store. Currently, support for Windows 10/11 "S Mode" isn’t on the roadmap for LockDown Browser.
