The camera is 1080p, which is considered FHD (Full HD--1920 x 1080). The screen is Full HD+ (1920 x 1200). This is also called WUXGA. As you can see by the sheer numbers, the difference is almost negligible--it just gives you a tiny bit more view width-wise, which means slightly better views of spreadsheets or movies.
