You have to do it from the windows app store installed in the PC. It took me a couple of tries over 2 days because the app store was down at the time.

On the occasion that the MS Store is not helpful, there are alternate methods. Just Google "Store not working to leave S Mode," or similar. 3. Everyone says that exiting S Mode is one way. THAT IS NOT CORRECT. If you perform a Factory Reset, you can return to S Mode. The HUGE drawback is that this will completely erase your C-Drive, so it is not a step to be taken lightly. Also, just like there is a non-MS Store method to exist S Mode, there is also at least one other method to return to S Mode, which won't wipe your drive, but requires a degree of comfort with editing the Registry (warning: if not done carefully, this may brick your computer).
