- Answer It's a Chromebook, not a PC. I guess you could try and get WINE running in LINUX on this laptop? But, out of the box, those games won't install on a Chromebook.

QuestionI’m the mom of a high schooler on a tight budget. What will I need to buy in addition to this Chromebook to make it functional? How long should it last? Can I control access (via an app on my phone) to websites using Microsoft Family, or any other way?

- Answer Hi, IsaacMom. It would depend on what you mean totally by making it functional, but out of the box, it is secure, quick, and ready for multi-tasking when completing schoolwork. The device itself can have a varying lifespan depending on its conditions, but what we can assure you is that this system is set to receive auto updates from Google until June 2032. Also, you can use a similar access control service by Google called Family Link. QuestionI bought the Flex 5i open box excellent and the box arrived damaged. The screen looks okay until you turn it on and you can tell it was damaged from shipping. The whole screen has light bleeding. Also, it doesn't include charger. Can this be replaced?

- Answer I also bought the open box Flex 5i but I was very lucky. The content of the box was complete and there was no damage to the computer itself. I guess it is a gamble to order open box computers.
