I use a Canon 410X which is several years old and it works fine. I found when doing the install, check Windows 8.1 instead of 10 and the printer seems to like this better and will install.

I see the Lexmark X3650 has drivers for different versions of Windows and there is a driver for 64 bit Windows 8. You should be able to download that Windows 8 driver even though this PC has Windows 10.
