The setup was simple & straightforward. Performance with file transfer was rapid. Graphics are very nice. A little bloatware, but you can pick/choose what you want to keep. I like the speedy boot with it's hybrid HDD which use 8 GB SSD.

I wanted an All-In-One since my desk space is limited, and after doing a lot of research, this computer seemed to be the best one for the sale price with $150 off. In the beginning, I was skeptical after reading all the reviews about the screen not turning on, or certain features not working. Also, I've never bought a Lenovo product before (always bought Apple, HP, or Gateway). In the end, I decided to just dive in. I totally do not regret that decision. It was very easy to setup. I just turned it on, personalized my settings, and started installing my software. The WiFi connection was perfect, the computer is really fast, and the screen is beautiful (4K). The images and videos are sharper and have better contrast than my previous LCD screen. Booting up is also very fast, which I appreciate because sometimes you just want to turn on your computer to do something without waiting 5 minutes to boot up. The best features are the RealSense camera that allows me to login just by recognizing my face (so no password or PIN to log in), touchscreen (yes!), easy access to replace the DVD drive, hard drive or memory when I want to upgrade, and small footprint. In terms of function, I use my computer for surfing the web, streaming videos, and using Microsoft Office and Quicken for my work. I'm not a graphic designer or do music editing, so I use it for the common things. So far, there have been no freezes, glitches, or other problems. Everything runs lightning fast. These were the main reasons for ditching my old computer. The downside is that with the 4K resolution, the letters and icons on the screen are tiny, unless you turn up the magnification. With some older programs, they don't magnify, so it gets really difficult to see the words. With some programs that do magnify, the ratios are off, so the program looks awkward. In these situations, I switch my screen resolution back to 1080p. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend.

Replaced my old tower and monitor with this all in one. I love it! The screen is huge and the computer is fast. All the software including Windows 10 works smoothly. The geeks set it up for me and i was happy with their services. Lenovo is great change from my old slow Dell.

This is my 4th system purchased in the past month and all 4 are phenomenal. Speed, touchscreen, tons of ports, cd drive, slim enough, bright display..what's not to love. We are delighted with the computer. HOWEVER, there are some things you have to write off the day you buy it. (1) toss the keyboard. The key layout is not good. But better keyboards are cheap. (2) the screen is glossy so expect some reflection. If that is a problem in your room, get the 3M glare-free screen protector for touchscreens. (3) if you get an older model, there was some bug that kept the screen from coming on after the initial windows update. We got through it, but you might want to jsut walk it back into best buy and swapped it out for a different

I absolutely love it, the display is gorgeous! I had the issue with the fonts, but fixed it right away with the patch from Lenovo that was posted in a previous review, and the resolution was fixed before I even restarted the PC. Games look great on it, though most will be played in 1080p, which is actually not bad, and the gpu is good enough to run some decent games like grid autosport (which came for free with my purchase) and fifa 16, which run smoothly even at 4K, though not with the best graphics settings. I also use Photoshop and Lightroom on it, and it is a great experience, details can be seen without even zooming and there is more than enough space to work in Lr. Besides, the price is amazing compared to other machines with this kind of specs, with the same performance, given the presence of Windows 10(and which don't have a touchscreen, yes i'm talking about the iMac)

This desktop all in one touch screen pc is a great product. Excellent quality, graphics, speed. Very pleased with this purchase.

i read the reviews and noted that this pc had issues with drivers. so when we opened the package and it malfunctioned after 5 miinutes, i knew it was probably the reviewed issues. a quick call to the tech revealed, you have to be an educated consumer. lenovo wanted to send a service tech to my house the next day -what? on a brand new pc? no way after paying $1200 was i going to keep a defective product. next day, best buy exchanged it easy and that one worked great. this is a nice touch screen for the money. it comes with a cd/dvd writer which other touch screen pcs for the money don't.

On the first machine I got, the screen died about an hour into the set up process. I plugged in an external monitor (which it's nice that an all in one can have dual monitors) so was able to tell it was the screen. A pain and disappointment, but Best Buy replaced it no questions asked. I left the 2d one with them for a day so they could do burn in / testing to make sure this one wouldn't go. It lasted fine and has for about a month now. So the machine itself. It's swift, the 4k screen is gorgeous. The keyboard keys are a little small, and some oddly placed, but not a biggie. Not as fast as an SSD by far, but the hybrid drive does help boost its performance. Just have Best Buy do the burn in and full diagnostics, or if you can't make two trips, at least have them do the initial set up and test for a few hours. It seems that the screen thing may be a known flaw, and you either have it or don't.

went into look at tablets, but I was immediately struck by the beautiful clear picture on the screen. It's turns out the comp is extra fast and easy to use....love the touch screen.

I've had this unit for a week now and have installed my commonly used programs including Adobe Lightroom. I was excited to simply unpack the computer and plug it in to get it started, no additional wires to deal with during set up. The performance of this machine handles my multi-tasking efforts (Office program, web browser and Lightroom) with ease. I did notice that memory became sluggish when I worked in Lightroom so I've ordered additional memory taking this from 8G to 16G. I also received a display driver error the first two days, but have not since installing all updates needed. Very happy with the overall performance of this AIO. I may have to run out and get one for my hubby as he's admiring the large, crisp screen.

My husband bought himself this computer a few weeks ago and thought I'd really like it. I had been using a laptop that is about 5 yrs old and am now doing 3D printing. My 55 y/o eyes were straining so... I got it home, set it up, entered all the set up info, got to the homescreen, explored for about 5 minutes and left to eat dinner. After dinner I wanted to play some more. The screen was dark so I moved the mouse hoping to wake it. It went to a slightly brighter black screen and nothing. We tried to restart it, nothing worked. So we packed it back up and back to Best Buy. The replacement is working well so far. I'm still getting used to Windows 10.

We've had no issues with the computer. A few glitches with the mouse, but otherwise have been satisfied with the speed of the computer. Kids use it for games and homework, adults use for internet usage and itunes. Has been great not having the tower. The touchscreen aspect is also awesome and further eases the use of this.

Excellent computer, probably overkill for my teenagers, but they love it. Very fast, touch is great, the 4K screen is killer!

Computer is great. Not wild about Windows 10 which comes with it. Extremely easy to set up including the printer . There is nothing to NOT like.

had to purchase a new computer as mine went caput. going from windows vista to windows 10 has been an experience. I do like the all in one idea and when my mouse wont act right I can touch the screen and still get things done.

I was looking for a computer with a large screen and would allow for upgrades in the future. I didn't want a laptop because I don't need a portable computer. This computer fit those requirements. Beautiful display, only one cord, and the speed of the computer was fantastic with the ability to open multiple windows without slowing down. Granted I haven't had a new computer since 2008, so any machine would seem amazing. Well worth the money.

The screen in beautiful. The computer is fast. They keyboard and mouse are both wireless and pretty good. The only issue is the computer fan is somewhat loud however for the price, this is a great computer

I needed a desktop for gaming but didn't have a lot of money to spend. I am happy I went with this one. I'm impressed with the quality of the graphics. It runs programs and games easily and without much power loss or loading time. It has plenty of processing power. I love the fact that it doesn't have a tower and that everything is encased within the monitor. Also, the touchscreen is added bonus. Great desktop overall.

I've had good luck with lenovo machines at work and was a big fan of the IBM in years past - this AIO didn't disappoint.I5 processor with discrete graphics and easily upgraded RAM - not bad for the price. The hybrid drive is plenty fast though I would have preferred a solid state drive. The screen is large and impressive - clear picture and responsive touch. Windows 10 works well although there have been a couple instances where updates have caused an issue here and there. I have to say I appreciate how much less congested my desk is with so many less cords (room for more papers)

Bought for replacement PC at my office and wanted an 'all in one' with larger screen. This has certainly fulfilled their purpose and my employee really appreciates the speed and high quality graphics.
