No. The I3 and I5 CPUs are by Intel; the Athlon is by AMD. They use completely different sockets, so to go to an Intel CPU, you would have to replace the motherboard. Even some of the Intel I3 and I5 CPUs use different sockets, but none match the AMD Athlon sockets.
