Unfortunately, no. The AMD Athlon Silver 3050U, unlike stated, has a Radeon RX Vega 2 iGPU with 128 Unified Shaders, 8 Texture Mapping Units, and 4 Render Output Units is hard pressed to support two monitors at 4k.
