“I owned a Ideacentre 3 Model:90MV00ELUS. I connect a pair of USB speaker which worked with Win 10 before. However the speaker has no sound when connecting via USB alone. I've to use audio cable to connect the speaker to the headphone jack as well. Why?”

It may be the amount of power your USB speakers require. This Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 Desktop, model number 90MV00ELUS, ships with both USB 2.0 ports and USB 3.0 ports. The USB 2.0 ports only deliver 2.5 watts of power while the USB 3.0 ports deliver 4.5 watts of power. Try using the USB 3.0 ports with the Blue tongue rather than the USB 2.0 ports (they have the black tongue). The USB 3.0 ports on this model are on the back of the computer.
