Regardless of operating system, it generally only requires a Dual-core 2Ghz or higher (Intel i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent) CPU/APU, with the AMD Athlon Silver 3050U having dual Zen cores running @ 2.3GHz/3.2GHz Boost. It also meets/exceeds the minimum memory requirements. The only pressing thing, would be knowing if you have the supported bandwidth required.
