You can replace the 4 with 8 ram. The specs in BESTBUY are wrong and it only has one ram memory slot. Easy to replace the ram and you can find it online 4 about $38.00.

Yes, make sure that you purchase a laptop memory, not "regular" memory. Easy to install, too.

All work on this system must be performed by a certified technician or the warranty could be voided. A certified technician can upgrade the memory in this system up to 16GB. There are 2 slots and the memory must match.
