It does but it has to have a older connecter to support it what I would recommend is to buy a multi HDMI port to connect it to your HDMI port on the back of your computer to then support multiple monitors without having to spend money on a graphics card a multi HDMI port only coast around 20 to 30 dollars depending on the brand.

No, there are only two video out ports (one VGA, one HDMI-Out) on this system.
