I havent had any issues streaming at 60 fps at 720p. Ive also been playing PS4 games, using the elgato to capture, and the pc to stream it. I havent tried 1080p because id rather have a higher frame rate in my stream. As far as I know the elgato does all the processing work. The graphics card only matters if youre using the pc to play the game, it doesnt matter to the elgato, just the processor.
