- Answer My unit, the 5I tower with the same model number, has a PCIE1 slot and a PCIE16 slot. There are 4 knockouts in the back, the middle 2 give access to the outputs of your cards. Am I missing something here?

- Answer From what I read, yes. Its a standard Intel motherboard, and supports processors up to an I7. I don't recall the specifics, but google will know what the board supports.

QuestionWhy don't you offer a replacement front panel with a cutout where the usb ports are so that you can use the dvd drive without removing cords? That's an embarrassingly bad design flaw. Can the panel just be removed altogether?

- Answer This is an excellent design for a low profile, space saving desktop computer, which is what this PC is designed to be. Don't purchase a space saving computer if you want access to DVD drive often. No, the panel does not come off without breaking it. It is a great feature for this PC.
