A second or third hard drive will inserted sideways, below the DVD player. It is really easy to do. Brilliant design.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a 5.25" bay. There is a 3.5" and 2.5 inch bay also that can be used, but only one extra SATA power cable inside the computer as it is sold. So, you can put a drive in any of those slots out of the box and they fit most HDDs, but more than one is not possible without a proprietary Lenovo power cable that you have to order from China and wait a couple weeks for. Yes, it can handle a 2 TB drive no problem.
