“Can't change resolution Bought this for my son to play high resolution video games and the graphics are horrible, although it has a decent NVIDIA graphics card. But the resolution is stuck on a very low setting and it won't let me change it (it's greyed out w/no options to choose). Anyone else having this problem?”

It sounds like the drivers for the graphics card are not installed properly. Find the CD that came with the card, or run windows update to get the latest drivers.
