• No, there is no open PCI slots within this configuration. There are several configurations of this model. The available connections for this configuration are: four USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, one VGA, one HDMI-Out, 7 in 1 SD card reader, two audio/mic front, three audio, w/5.1 surround sound back.

• No, graphics card uses the slot But there is an open M,2 NVME slot. I added Samsung EVO M.2 nvme SSD drive on it, and enjoying the blazing speed.
