• Yes. The Lenovo IdeaCentre 3i 24 All-In-One system ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System installed. The user will need to activate and setup Windows 10 with the initial startup. • Yes the operating system is already installed. Turn the computer on, connect to wifi, make an account. Took me less than ten minutes to be up and running.
