  • QuestionLenovo, does this laptop include 1yr free Microsoft 365 or not? You answered an individual that it is only for 1 month. The specs for this laptop states that a 1 year is included. But, my cart it states Excel/Word/PP are not included.

    • Answer Hi, KKat. Apologies for the confusion. Generally, a one-month trial for Microsoft 365 can be activated out of the box, but for this model, a yearlong trial can be activated. Since it does include the 365 suite of apps, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint should be included.

    • Answer Hi, Randa. You can download Steam, but there's a couple flags with that. First, this system comes with a version of Windows 11 Home called S mode. For more insight, S mode is a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store. If you try to launch or install an executable or .exe file, the system prevents it.
