This computer is operating on Windows 10 in S mode, meaning that you won’t be able to install programs that are not Microsoft certified. However, you can disable S-mode and this laptop will function as a normal laptop. The task is fairly simple to perform, and Windows will walk you through it. I would not recommend this laptop for steam, as it has a CPU clock speed of less than 2.0ghz. The processor would not be able to handle most games in the steam library. However, if you are a casual gamer and use light resource heavy games, you may be able to use it for casual gaming for THOSE games.
