• Unless specified otherwise, ALL merchandise sold by major dealers is BRAND NEW. In this specific instance, if you want to save a few bucks, scroll down from the main information and price on the Best Buy page, until you see a yellow highlighted area around the words "Add to Cart." Immediately under that there will be a section headlined "More Buying Options," which has links to NON-new versions of the same item.

• The one that I got was new but there are also refurbished prices for cheaper!
