Yes. It's usually done through the MS Store, but there are a few different ways to do it, as some people have reported trouble with this. Also, "SteveN," like most others who answer this question, is incorrect. Any computer with S Mode can have it removed, and reinstated later. However, note that returning to S Mode involves a complete wipe of your C-Drive.
