All new pcs can do gaming. The question is, what kind of gaming? Does frame rate at highest setting matter? This will do low end settings, generally speaking. It's not a gaming laptop by any means, but you can play games. Look up your game's requirements youll notice a range to simply get it to work, vs looking fantasic. Compare the specs.

Apparently, you are unaware that “games” have a huge range in hardware and software requirements, from the most basic, like chess or solitaire, which can be played on anything, to “starter” games like Minecraft, Roblox, or Fortnite, and all the way up to AAA games, which are the most demanding, in terms of both hardware and software. To find out whether a specific computer build enables playing a specific game, always go to the game manufacturer's website and search for the game, where you will find a full list of system requirements, both minimum (game can be played under the correct circumstances) and recommended (game can be played with full flexibility and enjoyment).
