• You cannot upgrade the memory or hard drive as it's soldered together on the main board. You can add additional storage via the USB ports and an external hard drive\flash drive, or by the MicroSD card slot, though.

• Yes you can but you will ruin the warranty since you have to open the entire notebook apart to get to those items.
