It worked for me when I first tried to open a doc in Word. It loaded, then immediately took me to Microsoft's product registration page for the subsricption. Create an account if you don't have one and then it should install after. Have heard of other having similar problems though. Goodluck.

The software is installed already. Just look for Microsoft Office 365, under that in your programs you will see Word. Click "Activate Trial" an you will be set to go. No product key is necessary until the year is up.
