A couple of things. I have an older HP printer already hooked up to my 2 desktop computers in my home office wirelessly. It's an older model E4501 series but still works well. I attempted to hook my Lenovo up with the disc through means of wireless again like my desktops but it wouldn't accept it and it directed me to the HP website. It was a breeze. Through the website itself, you will be able to locate the type of printer you have and it will download the software for you and you know the rest. Save and run the program and bam.....you have access to print your documents from you laptop. Hope this helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your printer model is compatible with Windows 10, just go to www.hp.com. Look for the printers section, then look for drivers/downloads. You should be able to download the drivers directly to the computer. Also look for the device pairing instructions on the printer web site.
