I don't see why not as long as you are sending the signal by way of the router. You can use WiFi to transmit signals to almost anything as long as the receiver is compatible with your router.

If by transferring inside you mean you plan on connecting this device to an ethernet cable, you will need a USB to ethernet adapter, as there is no ethernet port on this device.
